If your question is about an in-progress quote, replying to the original quote email is the fastest route because it keeps your details together.
For a quote or install question, tell us your postcode, whether you have off-street parking, and the charger or kW rating you're considering (most homes want a 7kW unit). For grant questions, let us know if you rent or own and whether you have a driveway. For installer partnership enquiries, include your trading area and whether you're OZEV-approved. The more context you give, the fewer back-and-forth emails it takes.
