These terms govern your use of the ChargeQuote website and matching service. By using the site you agree to them.
1. What ChargeQuote does
We provide cost estimates and connect you with independent, OZEV-approved installers. We are not the installer and do not carry out the work ourselves.
2. Estimates are indicative
Calculator figures and the cost index are estimates based on live market data. Your final price comes from the installer after a survey and may differ. We do not guarantee any specific price.
3. Matching & quotes
When you request matching, we pass your details to relevant installers. Any contract for installation is strictly between you and that installer. We are not party to it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
5. Liability
We provide the service "as is" and are not liable for the workmanship, conduct or pricing of third-party installers, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
